Welcome to JV Fashions Academy. These Terms & Conditions govern your enrolment and participation in our courses and use of our digital platform.

1. Course Enrolment & Access

• Course access is granted upon successful fee payment.
• Access remains valid for the duration specified at the time of enrolment (e.g., 3 years).
• Accounts are individual and must not be shared or transferred.

2. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including videos, PDFs, and other resources, are the property of JV Fashions Academy. Any form of content duplication, sharing, or piracy is strictly prohibited. Legal action will be taken in case of misuse or unauthorized distribution.

3. Fee & Transactions

• Course fees are to be paid in full at the time of enrolment.
• Payments are securely processed through RBI-compliant and PCI-DSS certified payment gateways, ensuring complete data protection and banking-grade encryption.

Refund Policy

At JV Fashions Academy, we offer immediate access to digital course content upon successful enrolment. This includes instructional videos, downloadable documents, and other valuable learning materials. Due to the digital and downloadable nature of our offerings, we do not offer refunds for course purchases under normal circumstances.

Once a course is purchased, students gain instant access to proprietary content which could potentially be copied, imitated, or pirated. To protect the integrity of our course material and maintain a fair learning environment, refunds are not granted simply due to a change of mind.

However, refunds may be considered in the following exceptional cases:

• Incorrect enrolment, such as selecting a language version that is not available for the chosen course.
• Payment errors, such as paying a higher amount than the course fee or duplicate transactions due to technical issues.

Students seeking a refund under these conditions must raise a request within 7 days of the transaction by emailing us at enrolment@jvfacademy.in with full details, including order ID and a brief explanation. Each case will be reviewed individually, and if approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Refunds for Sewing Supplies

For physical products such as sewing kits, tools, or fabric materials, refunds will be issued only under the following conditions:

• The ordered item is out of stock and cannot be shipped.
• The order was not delivered due to courier-related issues such as confirmed damage, loss, or theft during transit.

In these situations, the customer may choose between a full refund or a replacement product if available. We do not offer refunds for reasons such as change of mind or ordering the wrong variant or size unless the error occurred from our end.

All refund communications for sewing supplies must also be made via email to enrolment@jvfacademy.in.

4. Platform Usage

Users must not attempt to download or record content through any means. Any misuse, disruption, or fraudulent behaviour will result in suspension or termination of access without refund.

5. Course Content & Updates

We may update course content, restructure modules, or revise materials to improve academic value. We reserve the right to modify course availability, features, or access duration without prior notice.

6. Delivery Timelines for Sewing Supplies

For students who have enrolled in our courses and opted to receive sewing supplies, please note the following delivery schedule:

• Dispatch Time: Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days from the date of enrollment confirmation or request.
• Delivery Time: Once dispatched, the sewing supplies typically reach your address within 2–3 working days.
• Delivery times may vary slightly based on your location, courier partner, and local conditions such as holidays or weather disruptions.

You will receive tracking details via SMS or email once your order is shipped. Please ensure your contact details are accurate and up to date.

Outcomes from our courses depend on your dedication and practice. JV Fashions Academy is not liable for any business or career outcomes resulting from your course participation.
